Nørre Vosborg Manor will be open to visitors once more in 2008 – both the manor house itself with its distinctive architecture and buildings from the 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th centuries, and a modern hotel and conference centre. All the new facilities blend in neatly with the old framework. In the future, Nørre Vosborg will also be closely linked to story telling: it will be a venue
for festivals, plays, music, lectures, dance and much more besides.

The theme for this year's Holstebro Festival (7-15 June 2008) is “Light and Darkness”, and the event will be a cavalcade of artistic performances. The Holstebro Festival is organised by the Odin Theatre company, an experimental company based in Holstebro. Holstebro is a well-known centre of culture, famous for its ballet company, art in the streets, opera and a vibrant music scene.
